there are still noobs at lvl50, would have to go by different things like pop, richness, gems, types/amount of gens for it to be fair.

Who cares what level you are? What does it do for you? Max it out at 5,000. What does that solve? The issue that's been raised is that the core content CONCEPTS have become stale. PvP presumably adds the spice that you'll never get from mindlessly following the same guides to complete the same, 110% predictable, adventures.
The game's premise is solid, and gets you through a variable number of levels, (I stopped at 47, others slogged through to 50, others stopped before me). But once you reach whatever level works for you, additional content that merely recycles the same concepts just isn't enough.
Here are my top 3 selections:
1 - Reduce/Remove all of those Guild Quests adventures. Max of 2 in a week and NOT back-to-back. Of course removing them altogether would be best.
2 - Provide more island space.
3 - BushyBraw's idea: - Add an option when buffing - to buff a selected amount of a building type (ie. instead of clicking 10 bakers select buff select number of bakeries)
Still around from time to time.
It's just not that hard to set this up so that can't happen. You can set level ranges, so that you can't compete against a player more than X levels ahead/behind you. That helps to keep things better balanced ... and more importantly, gives people the incentive to keep improving so they do better in PvP.
If they develop PvP to include guilds, then you add significantly more complexity and richness to the process. And since, (presumably), my home island wouldn't ever be at-risk, the bullying factor that can occur in guild vs. individual conflicts is significantly reduced.
Queue slots for the mayor's house collectibles buffs, and as mentioned above, send multiple gens to adventures, when setting up armies in the garrisons: give options of sliders AND typing in numbers.
the dreams... :X
A way to flag buildings for buffs so people could easily see what you would like buffed. It would be nice to have two or three types of flags so you could differentiate between "normal" (basket) buffs and special (3x, 4x) buffs.
Plus votes for:
- Build more than 25 things at a time (Barracks and Provision house)
- Reorder build queues (Barracks and Provision house)
- One-click unload for generals
being able to stack buffs would really help clean up my star. I hate all the single buffs from the searches not being stacked

PVP... and a red rider bb gun with a compass in the stock and this thing that tells time. duh.
PvP. Stop wasting time on anything else.
