Christmas Door made me pay to open it

I am in the state of California so I am on Pacific time. Just before I went to bed I realized I hadn't opened door 22 yet so I logged back into the game and went to do so. It was about 9:30 PM or so my time, WITHIN THE 22ND DAY but it still made me pay 20 gems to open it, AND it had the 23rd day available to open as well. I should not have had to pay 20 gems if it was before midnight on the 22nd day. I am not interested in hearing "its based on Eastern time" because I do not live in the Eastern time zone, this should not be my problem.

Dedawen, the game is based off a certain time zone regardless of what time zone you are in. They can't have it based off your time zone because there are others from Central Time Zone, East Time Zone. There is also Europeans playing in this server, same with Asia, and what not. So yes, you will pay those 20 gems because you had the oppurtinity to open the 23rd day which tells you it was the 23rd day not the 22nd. You logged in to late. If you do not like these rules, go create your own game and base it off of your time zone.

This is like any other game. They are always based off a "Server Time" and it does not matter what zone you live in. You need to know what time zone the game is in, and the time difference. This is your problem, live with it or quit.

Then perhaps they should make that clear. As far as I'm concerned I followed the rules. My daily log-in bonus seems to follow my time zone. I don't get the bonus when I log in at 9 PM my time. I get it when I log in after midnight.

And can we possibly do this without name calling? Thanks.

No, your daily log in is also based off time server zone. You should have missed your daily log in bonus as well unless you did log in earlier but forgot to open a door like I did on the 2nd door.
