There are a few things I can see off the bat that BB would seriously need to address if they wish their efforts to pay off.

    1. A dedicated adventure slot for these types of adventures. Even in the best guild, real life sometimes makes getting together for a coordinated game play tricky at times. Especially if you need more than 2 players to get the job done as we all don't have the same schedule to run off of.
    +1 as well for this.

Where are the guides for these? Please post a link! I have raiding the raiders but can find nothing about it in the forum. Do not have the time and resources to be experimenting with it. Thanks!

I like the co-ops. They do require all players to be considerate and finish in a timely manner. They are wonderful for guild members. I approve !

Co-op adventures can be hijacked and stalled.

You almost need to have them so after 6h, you can invite a 2nd round of players. So if somebody drops out, you can appoint a additional friend (replacement) for that sector. They'd have to split loot, but it would prevent stalled / hung adventures.

The way to have that kind of guild is to be that kind of player. If your guild isn't working as a team, find a new one that does.
