Angry Lost ALL Soldiers in Wrong Battle!!!!!!

I'm so upset right now! I worked many days, building up enough citizens and materials to finally have a full 200 soldiers to send into battle. I know I didn't need that many to fight my most recent battle but I wanted to lose as few soldiers as possible. I sent in 50 Calvary, 27 Bowmen, 91 Militia and 32 Recruits. I'm new to this game (less than 2 weeks) so I'm not 100% sure how every aspect of the battles work. I do know that it was set to only fight 1 or maybe 2 easy camps (the sector selected only has easy camps). I've won EVERY battle I've ever fought before, without any issues. I know that if you fight a camp, but your army has to go past another camp first, it will fight them both. I'm only not sure about this one battle because the 2 camps were so close but you didn't pass through the other camp at all to get to the one I chose to fight. The "Easy" camp I selected for this battle had 80 Scavengers and 50 Stone Throwers, which gave me a 20 percent or less loss. The other "Easy" camp that it may have made me fight only had 5 Scavengers and 85 Stone Throwers. So I still would've beat both camps without more than 50 percent loss because I was using more advanced soldiers than what they had. HOWEVER, Somehow, the game malfunctioned and sent my army to a completely different sector, fighting a "Medium" camp with 60 Guard Dogs and 120 Rangers!!! Obviously, I didn't have the right soldiers to fight that battle, and although I won, I lost over 75 percent of my army, leaving it too small to win the "Easy" camp I was supposed to fight. I've now lost ALL 200 soldiers due to this glitch. There is No Way I made this mistake. The 2 sectors it sent my army to still have uncharted territory between them. There would be No Way to route a battle like this, to take my army to the top right sector, go back to the middle sectors and then go to the bottom right sector. The middle right sector is still clouded out. I'm really hoping that customer support can get me back my soldiers. I didn't see anything about this glitch on the Forum so I wanted to post and see if anyone's ever had this happen before. I also wanted to put up info for others, in case it happens in the future, to someone else. I'll post any results that come from my customer service complaint. Please share if this happened to you.

There are red agro zones around camps. If your general entered the medium camp zone first you would have been intercepted and sent to that camp 1st. Click on a camp and you will see a red square box around the camp. Best to send to 1 camp at a time and watch for being intercepted so you can retreat the general if needed.

Thank You Sammuel. Yes, I do understand the argo zones around the camps. I only don't understand if two are within the same square but you are only choosing the camp in the front. Either way, the camp that the game sent my military to was in the top middle sector but the camp I chose was the far right bottom sector. You don't pass through that camp to get to the other. There were absolutely NO medium camps in the sector I chose, nor were there ANY camps on the way to the easy camp they were supposed to attack. I've been having so many little issues with the game but this one is HUGE. At least to me, being such a new player.

I THINK I figured out what happened!!! I think the game made me fight a camp that was still unlocked and underneath the fog. Obviously, I couldn't see it, being under the clouds but maybe the argo zone reached into the area that I did walk through. The game can't possibly expect us to have xray vision for what's under the clouds can they??? There would be NO WAY to have know that was under there, or how to prepare to attack an unseen camp.

If it was a game glitch, you can send in a support ticket, explain what happened, and maybe they will replace the resources needed to retrain the lost troops. This doesn't help much with the aggravation, but it's worth a shot. Best of luck.

Same thing happened to my Myralynn82 - There is a camp under the fog and its agro does reach down from sector 6 into sector 3

If this was sector 3, its a camp in sec 6 that intercepts. They changed the pathings a while back, and there's no way around it.
Players have asked more than once for this to be adjusted.
Look for an island clearing guide that has the numbers for the sec 6 camp.
