I brought up this idea in chat and it was suggested that I put it here. How about if for PVP every player who has conquered his island is able to have a second capturable island. That island could either be raided by other players or actually captured by others - I'm not sure which would be better. There would have to be some good resources on it to make it worth fighting for. This way, you can risk as much or as little of your troops as you want to. If you don't want to participate you just give up the island to raiders. You would need a new function available to search for an island to raid. Please think about something along this line for PVP.
