2 Guild Quests showing active

I am showing two active Guild Quests
One needs 1 person to finish and the other one has 6 that has done it.

Only some of the Guild members are seeing this...not all

Additional information:
Guild Leader deleted one of the quests. But we still have a problem. Some members are showing as completing the quest and some that have are showing as not completed. Please contact me for more information. This is very confusing

Same, I have a new one available when the old one isn't complete.
