The attached image is a screenshot I just took, which shows that in the Free the Home Zone! quest, my Once and For All subquest is completed, yet clearly all camps in Sector 9 are still there (Wild Mary's camp is visible in the screenshot).
The quest allowed me to claim the subquest reward, and then also to claim the reward for the main quest. I now have a 'Stealing From The Rich' adventure in my star menu that wasn't there before.
Just before this happened, I attacked Chuck's camp, the bandit leader in Sector 6, and defeated it. In doing this, I should have levelled up from Lv 30 to Lv 31, but the game got 'stuck'. I received a mail with the loot from the attack (350gc and +10 licenses), but on my screen, the battle was still going on - I received no level-up notification, so I clicked the refresh button in my browser.
When the game had reloaded, I found this quest completed in my quest book, even though I have not yet attacked any camps in sector 9 - there are still 13 'Hard' bandit camps, and the Bandit Leader (Wild Mary) on my island.
