At the very least have it only pop up once or twice after a change. Every time you log in is just annoying.

I did a support ticket. Sent updates with things I had tried that didn't fix it which showed it is a server side problem.
They quit responding.

Completely agree. It's getting to be as annoying as those pop-up ads on the more shady parts of the internet.

Company's that run games like this do this pop up because we are a captive audience. Do you think they really care that we don't like them? Not really, because anyone who's ever played any games like this know that after a couple of times, the pops-up become extremely annoying. We accept them only because we have no choice. Unfortunate that companies think this way, but remember it is all about the bottom line, and not about making the game enjoyable and fun for the players. If that happens it is only to increase the bottom line.
And sometimes games die because of thinking like you describe.
