Bow maker quest and Trade office building not compeleting

Everyday I log on I always see bowmaker compelte click it just stays there close it goes away but it will come back if I log on . Also accendently delete my trade office and building contiunes to 2% and building que refreshes and the bowmaker quest pops up completed again.
