New Mail System, multiple serious problems

Crow: I wasn't dismissing your issue, just commenting that I wasn't able to reproduce it. I was deleting emails without issue, so some ppl are affected while others aren't, or there's some condition(s) that needs to exist for it to happen.

I can not delete mails, I tried deleting mails 1 at a time and mass deleting and still they stay in the mail box. Very annoying not being able to delete useless, unneeded crap from the mail box now!

basically this new system was a fix of something not broken, now, like anytime non-broken things are "fixed", it sucks

We are aware of the multiple issues with the new mail system and the developers are investigating this further. Feedback and information is being collected and is welcome through the forums and Support ticketing system.

I take it all back, every nice thing I said about the new mail system. Bring back the old one, it worked. This current thing isn't even ready for beta-testing.

I would rather not have entries for every guild member I sent an email to. Total waste of space. Isn't there a way to show the single mail with the list of recipients? As soon as I send 2 guild mails, my history is useless.

I would also love to forward an email. If you are going to the trouble of creating and improving an interface, why not make it fully featured?

I would have to agree with the majority on this one, there was nothing wrong with the old mailing system...the saying goes, "if it ain't broke--don't fix it" definitely applies here!!! In addition, they've added the "OUTBOX" mail and those can't be deleted either...now that's a bit annoying, I like the idea of being able to go back and check something I've said, but if I have to go thru over 100's of msgs to do so, then it's not worth it, hopefully they can fix this feature quickly!

But it only saves the 50 most recent outgoing mails!
