I have just begun playing and i noticed that there is no assign jobs to the people of my city. Can anyone tell me how this is done? I know, probably something real simple and I will feel Dumb, but tell me anyways. Thank you.

When you log o to the game look on the right side of the screen where it says "New Players Guide". Good place to visit
Workers are assigned automatically.
If something can go wrong, it will.
each building u make uses one worker. you'll also use them to build troops to fight bandits
