For those of you wondering you are able to tear down the epic woodyard and rebuild it at a different location and keep the upgrades you have completed from the quests!

Yes. You can do that. Its the only way to move them right now.
Does it also seem like you cant build # 2 until the 1st one is totally upgraded - or am I not juts finding a good second location?
