Quest not finishing-Cheap prices

Quest is to buy at least 100 titanium ore from other players.
Went to trade office..purchased 100 titanium ore for 8000 bread

The quest did not finish.
Tried the trade again.
[13:11] System: The resources from the trade mail were transferred to your warehouse.
Quest still will not finish.
