My zone got locked after i tried to place my vet on my island. this SUCKS!!
please fix this ubisoft
*background information. i had an ls i just bought and was about to send vet to adventure island. i sent it. 2 mins later i checked and it was still in my star menu. i tried to place it on island and it locked my server.
Zone Locks are to prevent data corruption on your island. It can last up to 24 hours. it's better then having things disappear or you staring from the beginning
I have a zone lock on an adventure. Will this reset also? Sure hope so since my generals are at the advent and i cannot finish it.
*update* after 5 hours of waiting my zone was unlocked after it was fixed by BB 2 things to say to people with zone locks of any sort.
1) the best thing you can do is wait. the BB will get to it when they do. don't freak out like i did.
2) to avoid zonelocks...especially after the new maintenance. go very slow when doing things. mine was an example of the system not registering after 5 minutes. best way to try and avoid them is constant refresh....which sucks. but it is better then (in my case) a 5 hour zonelock
A Zone Lock occurs to prevent corrupted data or data loss. If you are experiencing a server crash or lock, you can contact us and we can attempt to fix the issue as some can be resolved immediately. However more delicate cases require you to wait about 24 hours for the system to auto-fix the issue or error.
