    the only way i got here to you..

    i have no access to reporting bug .. but ive lost 2 items that im sure of
    i recenly purchased the 100% gem offer $99.00
    since the new mail .. ive noticed things .
    thats why im double checking now
    i was looking to buff a building looked at the fruit basket X3 12 hrs i believe
    clicked cancel because i needed to get out of screen .. did what i had to do .. came back to it .. missing went from 3 to 2 c.. and no new buffs placed
    2nd item i know for a fact i lost ..
    +10 building licence
    i clicked added to mayors ... no added buildings to availabiltylooked in star it was gone . no deed .. and no added buildings to island
    this needs to be fixed aswell as my access to this site
    im realy fustrated
    i feel i cant play the game in fear of lossing more stuff

    you need to confirm your email address, then it will let you send in a ticket to support.

    If you're unable to submit a support ticket or bug report it may be because your account is not verified. You will need to check your account email and be sure to check all folders including any spam, junk, or trash area to see if the verification email somehow was filtered there. Once your email is verified you should be able to contact support and submit bug reports successfully.

    Additionally, you can send in a ticket via email here: account.support@castleempireonline.com. Although the best route is still to verify your email address.
