    stuck at lvl 13

    I've done all of the available quests and I'm stuck at lvl 13. ALL of the quests are either locked OR the barracks which isn't open till lvl 15.

    Any ideas?

    I did this once before, asked support for help several days ago.

    When you first log on there is a box on the right of the log on screen that says something to the effect click here for new player info. Try it.
    If something can go wrong, it will.

    Never saw that; but it turned out that a garrison is NOT a barracks!!!!!
