Gold mine won't build

To build a gold mine (using round numbers) ab't 400 each of marble and tools. I have a 1,000 of each and it won't build.

Any ideas?

I was thinking that it might not be a bug.

Also there was nothing constructive offered here.

Interesting: the amount it says I need to build the mine drops! Maybe the number is what I YET need to build the mine. THAT WAS THE PROBLEM! The numbers in red is what you are short, not how much it takes to build.
