Or more generally, has anyone had any problem with a building not being built even though you have all the materials needed?

Sometimes if you place other bldgs too close to a gold depo, you can't build on it.

Interesting suggestion. But the build site isn't overlapping anything else and if it was it would have shown up in the building queue, right? It said that I didn't have enough tools and marble--so, I went and bought plenty. Still nothing. Refreshed 4 times now and re-booted once.
