Clear your Cache out?
Also, what you could try doing to make sure you're internet connection is fine is by unplugging the router for a minute and then plug it back in.
I cleared the cache (first thing I did after noticing this issue) and Internet is fine as many other websites are working as usual.
It is stuck at the Tip of the day popup and loading map... except it never loads
