This would solve all possible problems making it literally an improved silo, the user can even choose to turn separate production cycles on or off and since there are 3 separate cycles, zero production time will be lost, and 3 fields refilled at the same time.
with the new production cycle optimizations, the building would automatically look for the next-nearest field to refill when another reached regular capacity (starting value)
