payment problems serious ones lol

well (deep subject i know :-) ) so anyway i just used my card this morning and bought gems. I got the 3400 for ten bucks. just this evening i checked my account and i have plenty of money and now it wont let me purchase any of the offers they have. I can't buy the hundred dollar one or even the two dollar one. It just really grinds my gears.... LOL any way if you have had similar problems or know how to fix my problem or have any advice at all thay would be great.
