Trick question RGC...Would you be happy if you were on premium...generals stuck in an adventure you cannot visit or cancel for over 6 days and absolutely no acknowledgement of your problem? And oh, by the way...what is the point of having an island when all production is for nothing.
BB_Rawren - I got a response from support today, they said issue was fixed, it's not and for compensation I got a free Nords adventure...how generous.

For those players experiencing the occasional adventure zone lockout, do not submit a Support ticket unless absolutely necessary. Adventure zone locks are reset every 5 hours, so it is likely that you will be able to get back into your adventure before the Support team can respond to your ticket.
For those experiencing continual adventure zone locks (or account zone locks), please do submit a ticket. Support will investigate and reimburse as necessary.

I have the same problem and I submitted a support ticket for it. My adventure cancelled itself when the time ran out on Monday, but the general and troops are still there and have not shown up in transit yet. I cannot start any new adventures as it says that I am currently in one. I did get map fragments to get a new adventure from the merchant from BB. While obviously the people who cannot log in are a bigger problem, its annoying that they are all trapped and as I had sent all my generals to ferry the troops needed, so they are all trapped, which makes the guild quest of experiencing a new adventure difficult or more costly than usual.
I admit I wouldn't be happy. But there is nothing that can be done. I'd rather be locked out of a Adventure then being locked out of the Home Island.
Read above. Same answer. Much rather be locked out of a adventure then being locked out of a Home Island. You can get compensated for Premium, Resources and Adventure. But you can't be for the amount of damage and resources lost on your island.
i would have loved to be locked out of an adv then locked out of my island. been almost a week for me. since my info made it to the dev maybe wont be much longer
Sorry jackrack500...your issue is very important too and I would not want to have either wished on anyone.
I think Jackrack500 issues is more important then anything else. At least the people who can come online and log-in are able to play well in Jackrack500 issues is that he can't and all he can do is be patient and wait till they fix his island.
For all we know he can be missing things from his island once he logs as well.
