guild quests

It seems like ever other guild quest I get is for The Island of the Pirates. Why can't I get different guild quests for lvl 39. I get tired of having to do that adv all the time.

There supposedly were a bunch of guild quests added, but since they reset the guild quests every couple of weeks, we end up doing the same ones over and over again. Why can't this be fixed to work properly before adding more and more problems to the game???
