SSL invalid certificate
Hi I hope one of the developer or anyone read this. The problem with Firefox login is because firefox is detecting an invalid certificate.
go to https://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/homepage using firefox and you will see the error.You have asked Firefox to connect securely to www.thesettlersonline.net, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
www.thesettlersonline.net uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Thankyou swooper for posting this for me. I was able to look in forum but couldn't post in it from Firefox. I noticed someone posted that they could get in under IE but not firefox. I was on the game this morning for 5 hrs before I had to leave so something happened in the game in the 5 hrs that I was gone to not be able to get back in in Firefox. All my programs are updated and stay that way, I dumped the cache and cookies and all it did was make me have to get my brain to have to remember all my passwords again. Its a game issue and I hope it gets fixed soon as I HATE IE.
I cannot login with Firefox. Program is up to date, flash is up to date, all cookies are cleared. I'm pretty sure that the problem is because I tried to login to the test server yesterday. Unfortunately I couldn't remember the login information for the test server.
I'm using IE atm, I cannot unblock TSO from IE because the TSO login page is not https.
I hope somebody can fix this.
Update: 9 hours since last post, login was successful with Firefox running windows.

Followed your instructions to a "T" and I haven't been able to sign on for EIGHT DAYS ... yes 8 days. Followed instructions from Tech support and that doesn't work either. Tickets have been sent ... instructions have been followed ... my Guild Leader has contacted you (CL_Immaduck) and still nothing. Have I fallen through the cracks .. does someone not want me to play? Sad state of affairs after playing 2 full years. Can someone do something to rectify this issue? PLEASE.
Still a bad bug cant make log in just trying more tricks hope i found some magic but not at user end problem all at server end hope they make update on server and rollback

it have to transfer u auto to http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/homepage but server denied the permission so a general error crossed
1.Not a user end problem
2.They need to call the 911 for further assistance.

Please be aware that having multiple Flash applications at once will cause lag, server crashes, and flash crashes. Please try to limit the number of Flash based web applications you have running while trying to play the game to have the best experience. Such applications include YouTube, Pandora, and other Flash based games. - lol but with 32 gigs of ram its never been an issue before :P Remember this is shortly after a 'zone error' problem (Yesterday) and I have NEVER had issues logging in before(errors after attempting to run game, again NOT client side) - firefox nor flash have been 'recently' updated/upgraded (As in not in the last month) so again the 'change' is on server side NOT client side
Just would like to say this, without trying to offend or upset anyone at BB: You REALLY should re-write SO for anything OTHER than flash. Flash is quickly being 'phased out' everywhere else on the net, and I think its time to move on.
