    How-To: Clear your Cache & Cookies!

    If you've heard everyone say, "Clear your Cache" or "Delete your cookies" here is a very helpful guide to do just that!

    Supported Systems and Browsers:
    PC: Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Internet Explorer
    MAC: Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox
    LINUX: Google Chrome

    Please first clear your Flash Cache, to do this Click Here.

    Select your Internet Browser:
    -Google Chrome-
    -Mozilla FireFox-
    -Internet Explorer-

    Google Chrome:
    1. Open, Google Chrome.
    2. Open, Customize & Controls (Three horizontal lines above Other Bookmarks)
    3. Click, Settings...
    4. At the bottom of the page, under Default Browser select, Show Advanced Settings...
    5. Under, "Privacy" select, Clear Browsing Data... (Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to quickly access this menu)
    6. On the drop down menu, select "the beginning of time" then, check each of these boxes here: Cookies and other site and plug-in data, Cached images and files, Hosted App Data, and Content Licenses.
    7. Click, Clear Browsing Data.
    8. Done!

    Mozilla Firefox:
    1. Open, Mozilla Firefox.
    2. At the top left corner of the browser, select the Firefox menu.
    3. Hover over history and click "Clear Recent History..." (Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to quickly access this menu)
    4. Change the time range to, "Everything" and then check the boxes here: Cookies, Cache, Offline Website Data, and Site Preferences.
    5. Click "Clear Now"
    6. Done!

    Internet Explorer:
    1. Open, Internet Explorer.
    2. Click, Tools... (COG in the top right)
    3. Hover over Safety and click, "Delete Browsing History..." (Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to quickly access this menu)
    4. Check the following boxes: Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
    5. Click, "Delete"
    6. Done!
