I started the Horseback adventure. I sent 3 generals with troops and then sent 2 of my generals back home to get more troops. When i went to move my 3rd general to his starting position, I got a message that said there was an error detected in the zone, click to refresh. I clicked and since then every time I try to go back to the adventure island, I get the error detected in zone message and my game crashes.
Please help.

I have put in a support ticket. However, my troops are trapped on that island. I could abandon the adventure I guess but then I lose the adventure. I just read in another thread that it's been 15 days or more and support has not yet gotten around to resolving their ticket.
If that's the time frame for a support ticket, that is ridiculous. This game is seriously not worth waiting around for 2 weeks for support to resolve a problem.
They are 10 days back up on Tickets because of the snow. They usually get 100 Tickets per day. but in 1 day, they gotten 1100 Support Tickets. So it's going to take twice as long but they also go into the person's account and check the problem out as well. So you will have to be patient.Originally Posted by Helystra

who said they got 1100 in one day rgc? took a week for them to get to mine
And yes, the island zone is unlocked now and i'm able to get back into my adventure. Thanks.
