How do Zone crashes get fixed?

i been lock out for at least 6 hours
well it happen last night then again tonight

why can't it pause everything on your island at least?
like pause your production and buff and premium so we don't lose everything.
i have gold running and buff will fade soon

(i killed a flower and it punishing me)
