How do Zone crashes get fixed?

I managed to crash my island 3 days in a row by moving stuff. Slow learner i guess.
The facts:
1. It was not an issue on my end, as my wife was able to log in to her account on both computers, no one was able to visit my island, and I couldn't log in on any device.
2. I crashed within the first half hour of logging in each morning.
3. The issue was still present when I went to bed around midnight MST each day.
4. The issue was resolved by the time I got up in the morning.
5. I sent in a ticket each time, giving fewer and fewer details. (I think my ticket on the third day was really just a subject line)

My question is this: How did it get fixed? Does a BB have to actively do something, or is there some sort of soft reset in the wee hours?
If there IS a soft reset that fixes thing at night, can we do that at noon too? or maybe a few times a day?

There is an automatic script that runs every 24 hours to reset locked zones. In certain situations, our Support team can also manually unlock zones.

This error is generated by an automatic system that constantly monitoring the server for issues. When an issue is found, the server crashes to prevent loss. If you experience this issue, don't worry! Most server crashes will be automatically resolved in the server and will become playable again after a few hours.

To me it sounds like it runs every few hours.

enless its severe then dev will have to fix it. if that's the case then go ahead and find something to do for a couple weeks trust me

The script is run for adventure locked zones every 5 hours. The script for other locked zones runs every 24 hours since they are more rare.
