    Unable to complete the "Free the Home Zone" quest.

    Ever since the quest revamp (over a year ago), I have not been able to complete the 'Free the Home Zone' quest. Specifically, the 'More Sectors' section is locked, since I was over level15 when the quest chains were reworked.
