Why is there decorations on the test server's island?

Is there a reason why there is decoration on the test server's island?

The reason I'm asking is because we can't move those flowerbeds and other deco which makes experimenting with layout impossible...

the island was put together by one of the BBs there and they just threw stuff down. they were talking about setting up a good production island but nada. they did do a clone of a players home island way back but i think it's too much work to do that every time

Ever think that they are there to test the server because people who play on the real server use decorations? The test server is designed to test every aspect of the new features. Some weird thing could have happen with the decorations that they didn't discover because no one used them on the test server.

On the test server, those decorations are already placed. And not moveable at all. That isn't testing a thing.
