I recently put in a ticket because our guild didn't get a new quest after the old one finished (and it took more than a day to finish). It took them 3 days to respond, so I know they are still backed up.
It took them 8 days to answer a ticket that I sent in. even though it resolved itself.
was that post 27th of feb rgc?
