I'm producing 6 tools every 6 minutes. So, that 60 per hour, or 300 after 5 hours. I get up this morning I don't have much more than I had when I went to bed 5 hours ago!

I've sent them tickets and it took them two weeks to respond to one.
What you post seems to say is that the people who are running the game don't read the forums--which doesn't make sense, why have a technical forums with bug report thread if you aren't going to read them? That would be a fast and easy (I know common sense isn't prevalent like it should be) way to find out what needs fixing.
Sometimes a lot of things around here don't make sense.
If something can go wrong, it will.
