No notice maintance

With the chat issues that where happening I assumed a maintenance was inbound. A little common sense goes a long way.

Maintenance break seems to be again a day early with 12 h prior notice.

Yes, Easter event schedule was announced earlier, but not the actual maintenance time. Even last week BB_Rawren posted that the default is Wednesday/Thursday night and exceptions will be notified.

Like I said earlier in the thread, I subscribed to the official maintenance topic. I knew about the change days ago.

You are correct. It seems to have been announced there. So I was wrong expecting the maintenance breaks to be announced on the login page at the same as on the forum.

I find that unreliable unfortunately. Half the time the notice on the news page is pushed out of view by something else. I think it would be nice to have a more visible space reserved advising of the next maintenance window.

theyre trying to get better at it: its on the calendar, above ^^ (not sure when it was added, might be a good place to check next time)
and i saw an in game pop up that i had to click to get rid of.
plus the CLs were announcing it in all the forums.
while that doesnt really help ppl who are at work all day, its still a step forward.

It's less than 5 hours. (2:45 am EDT to 7am EDT) Same as always. Just on Tuesday so that the event starts on Wednesday.
