At any rate guys, the "uproar" from certains peoples is a testament that they like your game.

Maybe you should try a little harder to avoid the "peak" hours. I am no specialist and I have no access to your data, but my 2 cents tell me Evening is always a bad timing...just like early morning before work is also a bad timing. I understand you are not perfect and have limited time and access...at least wednesday is about the best day in the week to do it...so congo ratz on this choice.

Any thing under say 12 hours or even 24 is a no notice maintenance, people work and have lives so get the info out there sooner especially when its a day early.
I came home from work at got a page that says its down severs are going to be like 1/2 a day and forum does not work, that tells me the site crashed, but since they did not get the notice out in time it effects players.

So if this maintenance began at 8.30pm est then why wasnt I able to log-in before work today from 1-2pm est?? The "is it down" site told me it was the TSO server that was down, not just my own bad luck. Mine has been down for almost 12hrs now, more than half of them were "unscheduled".
