I think the CL in question made it very clear that their statement was a joke. The CLs are here to help, yes, but they are players first and foremost. They are not customer service representatives and they do not work for BB. A little joke here and there does not indicate a lack of character or an inability to be a CL.This.
Maybe the CL program needs to be reviewed.
Don't worry - as soon as the issues cropped up, all of the CLs escalated and kept us informed nearly around the clock until it was resolved. They were also in-game talking with players and getting information.
Cut them some slack, would ya? They just want to help!
and this was in reference to my joking around about RAGE QUITTERS all the time.....it was meant to be funny
