Move buildings zone crash
Move some buildings around and get the zone crash error AGAIN, tried everything and as always just wait 24 hours for it to reset thats a little extreme tho 24 hours for the game to reset ??? TO BAD IT TAKE LONGER THAN THAT TO GET A REPLY or help on an issue ingame, Email takes a few days just to get the auto reply. ( TRIED EVERYTHING ) used chrome, IE , firefox, pokki, its a game side issue. this just happened not to long ago with many new buildings and moving things around.
DAY 5 log in move any building zone error send in a ticket and a few days later you get a reply saying nothing is wrong......

I'm sorry that you are having problems Frankenstien_V. But from your own words we CL's are useless and therefor can't help you.

OK lets get this out the way then, Maybe not useless but another hurdle to get real help. The forums have all the answers and this is an inGAME issue that the CL program cant do nothing about. I need to get a hold of a CL to get a hold of a BB?? I can send in a ticket but a CL can speed it up????? so if i want better service in this game i need to have a CL friend or else????? thats not fare at all. I sent in tickets but by the time they get it all i get back is everything is ok. I would like things to be another way, But now its a game of who knows who and friends with those who say there here to help.

CLs are game players, who have been picked to advocate on your behalf to BB. When we know people are having issues, we ask them to submit a support ticket to get the issue on record, and we tell the BBs directly (if they are online). If the BBs are online, you may be able to get your issue resolved faster (depending on what it is) if you also tell a CL.
You don't have to get a hold of us, and you don't have to friend us. But if one of us is online when you have an issue, and if you contact us, we will do every thing we can to escalate your issue. I'm only on Ares, but I can tell you that I am submitting issues straight to BB on behalf of ares users that friend me and those that DO NOT as well. All someone has to do is whisper me or mail me, and I'm doing my best to work to get their issue resolved, friend or not. I'm sure the zeus CLs do the same thing.
We're not a hurdle; we are honestly working hard to get as many issues fixed by BB as possible. We're here to amplify your voice so that BB hears it a little more often. I'm sorry you're having a bad experience.

Thank you for trying and will have to chill since its seems that being upset wont help and will only get a ban for trying too hard to get answers to this ongoing issue again.
The Forums do have most of the answers, yes. But there is some problems like being locked out of your island that is a serious issue. We can easily contact a BB in this case to help the player if there island is locked and to get a BB to unlock it manually. In most cases it's just a Script error if your moving buildings around. Sending in a Ticket would take up to 24 hours to get a reply, but with a CL, you can easily private messages a CL to get the message to the BB faster so they can unlock it right away instead of having to wait up to a day.
Yes, of course, we can speed it up. We have private skype message (IM) to the BB's in case of emergency for instant with Locked islands or other issues. The CL's also pass messages from BB's to players and Players to BB's.
No, You don't need to be friends with a CL. Better service, maybe, that depends on what the service you are talking about. But for instant because we are able to chat with BB's on Skype and get the messages faster to them. It's all about communication. We CL's know that being locked out is a pain. I don't want to admit it, but I've been locked out of my island 3 times ever sense I became a CL and I had to ask a BB to unlock it. Much Much easier then having to send a Support Ticket and waiting 24 hours for it to be answered.
You don't need to be friends with a CL. You just need to give them a chance. You can continue to be locked out of the island and having to send a support ticket or you give it a chance to let the CL's help you and get the messages to the BB's faster. It's your choice.
