Are you ready to serve as a volunteer chat moderator?

Moderators are players who spend some of their free time helping out the Settlers team in the game chat, making sure that the rules are respected and also helping other settlers enjoy the game.
It is very important that you know that our moderators are volunteers and work only out of the kindness of their hearts... So make sure to be respectful towards them as it's not always easy to moderate a busy channel or a forum!


For the first time, we are accepting applications for community volunteer moderators. However, before you apply, please keep in mind that the recruiting process is a lengthy one. Patience is a feature that is needed as a moderator and rest assured we will get in touch with you if you are selected.

Hello Settlers!

Thank you for the overwhelming response! We will be closing the application period to begin reviewing applications on May 16th at 11am ET. We will be reviewing the applications and responding to each selected settler with more information about the logistics of the program within the next week. We'll be accepting applications in the future, periodically as the need arises. I'll also be updating the community with more information about what a volunteer moderator does specifically as we go into the training phase of our program.
