Trouble Understand a Quest

I am a bit slow in understand some quests. The one I am stuck on now is entitled: Complete the quest Further Help. I just do not know what to do!

I cannot type in the help tab and I have not been able since the beginning.

*open the shortcuts help window in the help window archives

all these things can be found in the down arrow under your avatar.

I do not have that option. Maybe something went wrong since I never let this forms page or the support page load completely. I am stuck. ~BA

Okay, found where I type to chat in the game >>, but still no completion of quest!

See the 2 buttons under your character? Click the one on the left.



1. click the 'forum' button at the very bottom. it opens another browser tab
2. click the 'support' button just above that. it also opens another browser tab
3. click the one that says 'archive,' at the top. you get this:



Under 'interfaces,' click the button that says 'shortcuts'

Have opened support button but nothing happend.. ?! have anybody same problem
