3 days unable to log

I dont know what happened, last 3 days I have server call fail message every time I try to log. didnt change anything on my pc, i have google chrome , no other flash installed( chrome include flash). I still can play other game like Anno online). Tried everything on the forum. cookies, cache ect, nothing work. any idea anyone?

chrome has flash included. like i said in my post did everything they say on forum. im still waiting for customers to reply my email.

ran an malware program on my pc, found few of them. now everything work fine see ya in the game, case close
