Multiple ideas are coming to me at once. If I were to choose one, it would probably be the option (like in Anno) to merge items in star menu.

I would only ever think of banning anyone if I have talked to them a repeated amount of times, and they didn't correct their behaviour.
Examples such as repetitive hardcore trolling, and swearing/repeatedly going around chat filter
