Looks like its a step towards using different type of item to train generals. Perhaps we will need to make some sort of Medal to train them instead of Books. That way when General training comes out we are all on same starting point. because needing 5 Manu for a tomb, and 3 Tombs for a Codex will suck when Im traing my forst General
