After playing for so long and constantly helping other players out, what do you think is/are the best things you have brought to your guild that might be different than others?

I think that a laid back environment is the best thing my guild has going for it presently; after leadership positions in former guilds it got to be a lot for both myself and the members with stressing over every little thing when frankly it's just a game, a place we come to unwind.

If I send out my Geologists before a deposit gets exhausted then go offline. Will the geologist find a new deposit after the mine collapses and before I get back online?

I think they've tinkered with that a few times; your online/offline status shouldn't play a part in it, but last I knew they could find the deposit if their search was less than half way completed by the time the deposit collapsed. I'm not certain anymore, heard stories telling otherwise but I haven't tested it

depends who you ask, compared to those around me my "accent" is far from southern and a lot of people I've talked to internationally say I don't have an "accent" at all.

I'm afraid I haven't heard anything about this, your best bet though would be to keep running adventures and killing off the extras
