Most of us went into this to help the players. We were usually already known as helpers in our respective servers, and continue to do so as Leaders. I think it does benefit the players, as we can give feedback and discuss things with BB, where they can't discuss it in a general setting. The BB ask very little from us, other than asking questions and getting answers from whomever is around.

Sorry, we don't really get advance information about events. A lot of us do play with test server and discuss what we find there, but that is available to all players. It looks to be a fun event though, with a lot of rewards for the players.

The best is to work with others to find what works best. There is a lot of information about the game, in the forums and on the internet in general; using it helps people to work efficiently. Everyone has a different game style, but having information will allow you to play the best way for you

No, but I am told that I look like a lot of people generally. Apparently, my parent got around.
