I'm doing "the clever little Tailor" and 3 times now, the combat sim has given me Hall of Fame results that are incorrect for the MMA. I'm losing elites and cannons in each case where the combat sim only indicated recruits or bowmen,

the 2nd or 3rd wave are probably being simulated for a MMA with 270 or 250 troops, check that
No, these were just simple block-&-die with a regular, then finish off with an MMA. According to the Combat sim, they were supposed to lose fewer overall troops (recruits, bowmen) than using a Vet. In actual battles, they lost elites and cannons. Not many, but they weren't supposed to lose any.

I always enter the numbers directly. This didn't occur once or twice. The first few times, I assumed I hit something wrong. By the 4th time, I realized I was just getting bad info.
Are you losing just a few?
I've been wondering if once a sim hits 2200 results if all anyone gets are those hall of fame results. It is entirely possible that with 2200 tests you might only see "good" outcomes.
can you give us the details on what you simmed?
