can they make a new kind of buff in Christmas event which can turn our nobles into FMs..it ll b great to turn the existing nobles into FMs instead of replacing them again

This is the only way I can see this fitting in that won't mess up balance too much:
First Strike with greater damage than the Cavalry, but no attacking of the weakest unit.
