Unable to Login - Captcha on Support Not Showing

Trying to log into Settler's and it is saying that my Username is invalid. Also, I tried to submit a ticket and the Captcha is not displaying nor is it refreshing.

Any help?

I cannot log in with my regular log in. Get message that an error occurred and to refresh the page. Followed all suggestions under bugs & fixes. No help.
I was able to log in with Facebook but that is a different account.

I'm getting the same thing. DId all the suggested things and no luck. Then I go and the captcha isn't showing so I can't send in a ticket...frustrating

Can't get in UPlay website. I suspect this has to do with WatchDogs, hah.

I had some issues as well, but deleting the Flash cache and then clearing the browser cache and closing it, then restarting the browser itself, I was finally able to get logged into the game and the forums.

not necessarily - if uplay server is down, you can't log in shyressa - it's back up now. the first thing i tried 5 hours ago when it went down was clearing flash cache and everything.

I am glad to see that the test server is "now open". Only problem is I can't get on. It says uplay is not available.
