Password reset not working

hey I have a problem. Im leaving town for 2 weeks, Ill have pc access and can play. If I remembered my pw. Currently I can only login because my auto fill is intact, I cant remember what it is though. So when I hit the road I need to know it.

Thing is Ive hit the forgotten password button 10 times over the last week. Each time it says its mailing me instructions. Each time I sit and wait and it never comes. Yes the email is correct, its the same one in auto-fill as well...

So I need some help here please...

Hi Saedis,

There are a few things to check here:

1. Spam folder - sometimes mail from Ubisoft or The Settlers Online will make it's way there instead of your inbox.
2. Submit a ticket to our Support team to ensure that your email is entered in the system correctly. Click here for Support.

Thanks Rawr. Yeah, I know about checking spam folder etc. It isnt anywhere. I'll get in touch with support.
