The topic of this forum is the changes in the CL program not off topic at all. Are they go-to people or not
reducing from 10 to 3, and focusing them away from being the voice of the players is what i got from the chat conversation yesterday. Rawren said in chat something to the effect that it's her job to be our voice...to listen to us and forward info to the devs.
I thought the whole idea of the CLs was that 1 employee couldn't listen to the voices of hundreds of players, hence the need for player advocates.

The CLs did a great job in forwarding player feedback and concerns. The community management team will continue to collect feedback from the forums and in-game. Any requests, concerns or feedback can, as always, be sent directly to me via PM.
Perhaps one of the potential projects could focus on compiling feedback or organizing weekly player chats to discuss features and top community concerns.
in most games less than 10% of players are active in the forums
its kind of a big stretch to assume the other 90+% all share those opinions
and judging by the number of "who voted for that?" comments I saw about the new guild items there are some other ways of thinking out there
What they could of done if they wanted a accurate answer was when they do the whole "Guild Market Community Vote". They could of done it the same thing for the "CL Program". Have it on the Home page and take a small survey on the "CL Program" with 3 simple questions or more and it would of probably of been more accurate. With it being on the home page, a lot of people should vote as well maybe.
