I thought one of the main points of this program was to help provide a community voice, those who listen to players and report to BB...? So we've lost that now?

Why only 3? Seems to me the more players involved in doing projects, the better for the whole community.

I whole-heartedly agree. For the number of players playing, three is a paltry number inadequate for gaining much benefit, especially as they will be limited to short 3 month terms. Seems 6 months would be much more productive for projects and such. It probably takes close to a month just to get comfortable with your responsibilities.

I do have doubts that three months might be too short of a time to get any projects done. But, this will be a learning experience and we will increase the duration as necessary. Our hope is to find a good middle ground between having a decent amount of players be able to participate in the projects per year and having players actually be able to finish the project within the term duration.

You should probably start choosing soon. Summer is coming up. This is the period of time where people usually have a tad more free time.
