I have 2 quests, at least, that will not update or complete.
A sign of Peace. I have the requires swords in my inventory, but it will not give me the option to turn them in, and therefore I cannot complete them.
Candy Canes. I have buffed my friends buildings and produced massive amounts of sausage, but it will never update.
By any chance are these "Waiting Quests" ?
If something can go wrong, it will.
They are. And after reading up on the wiki, since the tooltip was not helpful, I now understand.
These quests are in a queue, waiting for the previous quest to be completed. Usually, these are Daily or Guild quests. When you complete the previous quest, then these will jump from the 'Waiting Quests' into the Daily or Guild quests section of the Quest Book and be able to be completed.
